SECURITY PROCEDURE ALERT

New E-Verify Identification Requirements

December 16, 2009, Blue Bell, Pa – Effective immediately, E-Verify participants must compare photograph on the document against the image on file with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) when presented with the following:

• I-551 Permanent resident card
• I-766 Employment authorization document

US Security Care, Inc., which is a registered Designated Agent for the E-Verify system, provides clients with cost efficient employment verification services.  Federal contractors and subcontractors, who are under the FAR E-Verify clause (73 FR 67704), and have issued solicitations or been awarded contracts after September 8, 2009, must enroll in the E-Verify program within 30 days of the contract award date.
