USSC, Inc. field personnel undergo an initial 120-Hour block of training followed by 80 hours of annual in-service cross training on the most up-to-date security best practices. Additionally, we require our security personnel to maintain certifications in First Aid, CPR, AED, and First Responder through the American Red Cross. The average U.S. Security Care agent receives between $6,000-$10,000 per year in training funds ensuring our employees are motivated, dedicated and prepared for any assignment that comes their way.

USSC, Inc. recruits primarily from former law enforcement and military personnel, assuring that all USSC, Inc. personnel have the discipline and aptitude required for protective assignments.  All USSC, Inc. personnel undergo background investigations and are subject to drug testing.
