BLUE BELL, PA – In an effort to make it easier and more convenient for client’s to order protective services, U.S. Security Care, Inc., of Blue Bell, PA has established an innovative, new online software system entitled, “Protective Services Online,” it was announced by Richard Wolfson, president.
“This new online system enables U.S. Security Care clients to order protective services on a 24-hour, 7-day basis well beyond normal business hours,” Wolfson states. “By logging in and identifying themselves with a private password, they can request security services embracing asset protection, special event venues and executive protection details any time day or night.”
Once received, requests are transferred to the company’s operations center. The center is monitored on a round-the-clock basis, seven days a week. “Needs are assessed and agents are assigned based on the project’s requirements,” explains Christine Tumolo, operations manager for U.S. Security Care. “Following that, a confirmation is inputted along with a special confirmation number which clients can access and print out anytime,” notes Tumolo. “This immediately puts everyone on the same page.”
In addition, Tumolo relates that U.S. Security Care innovated and developed the special online protective services software package over a six-month period working closely with its information technology consultants. The program was then field tested for some 60 days using a special group of established clients. “We have gotten nothing but positive reviews and feedback,” Tumolo says. “The clients really like and appreciate it.”
