Selective Recruitment
USSC, Inc. recruits primarily from former law enforcement and military personnel,
assuring that all USSC, Inc. personnel have the discipline and aptitude required
for protective assignments. All USSC, Inc. personnel undergo extensive background
investigations and are subject to drug testing.
Personnel and Training
U.S. Security Care's Executive Protection Agents receive 40 hours of pre-assignment
asset protection training, including use of force, civil law and powers of arrest,
and an additional 40 hours or executive/close protection training, including the
following:
- Kidnap and assassination incidents and avoidance
- Surveillance detection and counter-surveillance techniques
- Protective detail operations and motorcade procedures
- Benchmarks and importance of advance security surveys
- Emergency medical techniques and first-responder certification
- Behavioral traits exhibited by potential assailants
- Command post equipment and operations
- Application of classroom lessons in practical field exercises and assault-on-principal
scenarios based on actual event models
Our Executive Protection Agents also receive ongoing in-service training with
armed agents receiving additional training to meet or exceed state requirements
for their operations, including requalification on their respective firearms three
times a year.

At USSC, Inc. we recognize that information is quickly becoming one of the most
valued commodities in business. Our Executive Protection agents are trained to
be aware of our client's industry and major events, changes or occurrences taking
place within that industry. Our agents are able to provide their protectees with
detailed intelligence information on the client's local environment to include
Threat Assessments, Foreign Area Studies/Country Briefings and Travel Advisories.
We constantly remain informed on terrorist threats, crime statistics, and geopolitical
events that could affect our client's well being.
