Selective Recruitment
USSC, Inc. recruits primarily from former law enforcement and military personnel,
assuring that all USSC, Inc. personnel have the discipline and aptitude required
for protective assignments. All USSC, Inc. personnel undergo extensive background
investigations and are subject to drug testing.
Comprehensive Training
USSC, Inc. personnel are fully prepared to handle the difficult problems associated
with labor unrest, special events, and emergency situations. Our training program
includes classroom instructions in NLRB regulations, photo and video documentation,
evidence gathering and preservation techniques, report writing, crowd control,
explosives identification, fire prevention and safety, and first aid.
Rapid Deployment Readiness
Our extensive contacts and resources around the U.S., enable us to deploy security
teams to your site within hours. Unlike competitors who scramble to recruit new

Supervision and Management
USSC, Inc. managers supervise training, deployment, and both on- and off-duty
activities of all USSC, Inc. personnel. Our supervisors interact daily with client
managers and business leaders, serving as contingency planning and operational
consultants before and during assignments.
Availability
USSC, Inc. personnel work standard 8- to 12-hour shifts, 7 days per week. When
necessary, our officers remain on assignment for 30 to 60 days before mandatory
rotation.
